The fantastic rustic Chateau de la Vallee and its cottage in the pretty Normandy village of Grandcourt has an outdoor heated pool, 5 acres of grounds and is only 15 minutes drive to the sea. You can rent the whole place for up to 26 people (or 30 if you rent 4 extra foldout beds) with a total of 11 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 5 living rooms, 3 kitchens and 3 outdoor dining terraces with barbecues. The East Wing of the chateau has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room and an outdoor dining terrace and sleeps up to 10 people. The West Wing also has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room and an outdoor dining terrace and sleeps up to 10 people. The Cottage has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen/dining room and outdoor dining terrace and sleeps up to 6, so you can rent the entire property for up to 26 people or just one wing of the chateau for up to 10 people or just the cottage which sleeps up to 6. Prices quoted here are for the entire property - please enquire if you want to rent less than the whole place! The property is in a pretty rural Normandy village, walking distance from the local shop where you can get fresh bread and croissants every day. This is a beautiful well kept, well located chateau with a wonderful garden and pool. It is spacious, has lots of utilities and is well equipped with everything you would want (kitchen, towels, bathrooms, seating, barbecues, plenty of parking and fire pit, spa baths etc).We comfortably slept 22 people and the host was very attentive and communicative throughout our stay. We would unreservedly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay.

Nous sommes un groupe de 21 amis et cherchions un endroit où passer le week-end de Pentecôte tous ensemble, ce qui n'est pas facile à trouver. Nous avons loué tout le château et le cottage, et nous avions parfaitement assez de place pour que chacun soit à son aise. L'espace commun aménagé pour manger nous accueillait tous sans problème. Entre deux averses nous avons pu profiter un peu de la mer qui est assez proche, ainsi que du grand jardin. Le contact avec la propriétaire, ainsi que l'accueil par la personne chargée de nous recevoir étaient très agréables. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location, dans laquelle nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Belle demeure au cœur de la Normandie

le Château de la Vallée est situé au sein du petit village de Grandcourt, à proximité du Tréport et de la Baie de Somme. Nous avions réservé l'ensemble de la demeure (divisible en 2) et le cottage (très poche) pour y loger 23 personnes. Nous y avons apprécié la taille des chambres et leurs salles de bain, dont deux immenses chambres au deuxième étage, l'espace disponible permettant à chacun de se sentir à l'aise (dont les salons), les deux cuisines bien pratiques pour les grands groupes. La demeure est chaleureuse, la décoration colorée & l'ameublement sont cohérents et vous emportent hors du temps. les escaliers sont toutefois un peu raides pour les personnes peu mobiles. Nous vous conseillons la petite épicerie du village, très typique et sympathique et le traiteur "Saveur Nature" à Etalondes. Enfin, nous avons apprécié l'accueil et l'assistance au cours du séjour. Nous recommandons sans réserves !
