Message me for seasonal and military discounts! This stylish and comfortable home is ideal for your awesome getaway in downtown Grand Rapids! You will enjoy access to Van Andel, DeVos, John Ball Zoo, and dozens of restaurants and bars! Enjoy a BBQ and bonfire out back with family and friends, and get a good night`s sleep on our comfortable mattresses! The house has a fully loaded kitchen and coffee station, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, work stations, free Hulu, gameroom, and private parking!



This very stylish and comfortable home has 4 bedrooms with an open common area floor plan. 2 of the bedrooms have king beds, 1 bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 full-size bunk beds that can hold up to 250 pounds each. We also have 3 queen size air mattresses and bedding.

Wonderful Place To Staye

Awesome stay. House is very comfortable and in a perfect location. We walked to and from downtown. Communication with the host was as easy as could be and she responded extremely quick. Will definitely stay here again next time we make our way to Grabd Rapids.

Great for large group!

The house was very clean. Great size for a large group. We had 12 guests and everyone was able to stay in a bed comfortably. I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to downtown Grand Rapids!

Wedding weekend

We had a great stay. We sure felt like home. The house was well equipped with everything you need while on Vacation. Neighborhood was really nice, we took morning walks. Thank you for hosting us!! Perfect for our needs

This place worked out great for our stay in GR. Close to downtown. Had a nice Mexican restaurant close a couple blocks away. The kitchen we used for basically breakfast and coffee time. I didn't cook much in it but it seemed that everything was stocked well. Plenty of towels extra blankets. Nice decor and very cozy. It was a great place to call home while we were away from home.
