Okay for one night

Okay for one night. The room was clean and stocked with towels and necessities. We had requested and the front desk clerk said we had a 2 queen bed room but when we got there found it to be 2 full beds. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The hotel was quiet at night. The breakfast was mediocre, and the breakfast staff was grumpy.

Shower pressure was horrible was at only half capacity. TV didn’t work. Paid for 2 queens but got put into a king do to over booking. Staff was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. It appears it is a work in progress.

Double charged when we got there. The room smelled like burning plastic. We had to go to the front desk to get a broom to knock down cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The couch had something spilled all over it. The desk told us they would move us to an upgraded room but called us a few hours later to say that room was taken so gave us another room. That one was clean but we went to take a shower and the water didn’t work! They told us that sometimes if someone else is taking a shower above the room, our room wouldn’t get much coming out of the shower. Really? So we had to wait 2 hours for the maintenance guy to check out what really was going on. It needed a new shower head. I went back to the desk and told them they needed to compensate for all these issues and the manager(who was on her last day), said there’s nothing she can do besides moving us again…to a room with only 1 bed and we needed 2 or we can leave and they will cancel our remaining 2 days. Yes….and told us we can leave. Who says that? Plus they ran out of some of the food for breakfast and the pool was under renovation so our daughter couldn’t use that. Terrible management there. Way to many excuses and never made it right.

Got there and the pool was closed for maintenance. Too late to cancel. Then side door closest to elevator did not work. Would not recognize keys. Had to always go thru lobby after parking and carry all gear, food, etc. super bummed about pool not being disclosed in the original booking.

Room had lots of space. Bed was a bit lumpy and foot of bed was higher than headboard which made you feel like you were sleeping at a slant. Was disappointed pool was not opened and not compensated for it being closed. Exercise equipment in fitness area didn’t all work either

A great stay if you’re planning on not spending a whole lot of time there. The pool was down for construction, the shower hardly worked and the tub wasn’t all that clean, but it worked as we just needed a place to sleep after a bike race, it’s a great location tho with hardly any traffic noise

Thank God I brought my own cleaning supplies and paper towels! We stayed 3 nights room needs an upgrade curtains we’re disgusting, no garbage can in the bathroom, hallway light was out in our room, tv was on when we walked into the room, hand prints all over the head board, no mirror in the room . There was never eggs or just scraps of sausage in the breakfast buffet ,pool was out of order . I don’t know what happening but that’s the 3rd hotel I’ve booked this trip and all were dirty and in need of attention
