Nice hotel on the east side of Grand Rapids Pros Near the highway with easy on and off Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping Room was clean and ready Pool was open and ready for use Breakfast was hot and had the usual options Check in and out were easily done online, so no issues getting in and out Cons It's a little dated, but not terrible Electrical outlets need replacing.....it was a pain to find one that would hold my charging cables I had a 2 night stay, and would have liked some clean towels for the 2nd day..I could have called down and they probably would have brought some Fitness center..... don't bother....it was 100° in there and the equipment was old and didn't work right Overall....if you need a nice place to sleep, that not in the downtown area, but close to places to eat and shop.... here it is For the price you pay , it's a pretty good deal and would definitely stay there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

To begin with we were in a good room then the room upstairs flooded and flooded our room and we got transferred over to a mediocre room wasn’t worth the stay won’t stay there again won’t recommend either asked management since we got moved to a mediocre room how we would go about getting comped for one night because I wasn’t satisfied She said to deal with it

Outside the room left a lot to be desired. Not one trash can was fee over overflowing garbage. All vending & ice machines were broken except the ones by the front desk. Employees were nice enough.

It was a good stay at an affordable price. The room was clean and comfortable. When we got down to breakfast there wasn’t a lot left. I think we got down there around 8:40. There were no eggs and hardly any other items. Another man asked about eggs, and they were brought out and nice and hot. All in all it was a good stay and we would stay again.
