The water in the shower would not get hot or stay hot for more than 2 minutes at a time. The water from the shower also would not stay in the designated shower area and would consequently make the bathroom floor wet.

Wrestling tournament weekend

Great place that was pet friendly. Huge wrestling tournament that weekend. Loud as usual. Breakfast should have been more prepared for hungry wrestlers, poor attendant couldn’t keep up. Outdated some and beds uncomfortable. The stay did it job, would stay again.

Pool and hot tub was very clean. Towels were hard to come by, but that’s all I would have to complain about. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was always smiling and looked like they loved their job. Would definitely stay again or recommend it to friends and family for their stay.

Travelled here twice in as many weeks for business. Rooms are quite and comfortable. Only nit-pick was the channel options were fairly limited as the expanded package was only available in the main lobby. Other than that exactly what you'd expect in a Wyndam property.

Grand Rapids kind and great service

Hailey was so helpful! We were looking for pet friendly and arrived early. She was so kind! Everybody at this hotel was accommodating. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We will DEFIN stay here again.

Great stay.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had a group staying for kids sports and felt very welcomed. Breakfast was good, (scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit & waffles) and kept refilled despite how busy it was. The property itself is older but was clean.

The staff was great however our stay was only 7 hours. We checked in close to midnight and left at about 6:30am. Our microwave didn’t work. The TV sounded like a robot and the hose blew off and disconnected from the wall and started spraying out hard while in the shower. This all would have been worth it for a $60-$80 but definitely not worth the $200 for the night.
