We stayed in room 156. it was graduation week so room sales were full and expensive . we expect that . however we we arrived we entered the room and it smelled really bad . it had a flood earlier in the week . not great for people with breathing issues . tv would not work , no light bulb on the desk lamp and to end it all the second mattress was like an air mattress. manager on duty came and tried to fix tv and smelled the room . no other rooms to switch . i would like to have some compensation for this poor experience . i am in the service business and it takes a lot for me to complain but this room should not have been rented .

Disappointing rates

It's so sad that all the hotels in Flagstaff literally rape their guests with outrageously expensive room rates for NAU's graduation. They charged us over $500 for 2 nights. The room was ok, but definitely NOT worth that much money. The bathtub drain was badly clogged - if they're going to charge that much money, they should have everything in good working order. The beds were not very comfortable, either - I couldn't sleep at all the 1st night. The breakfast was mediocre at best. On the upside, the front desk staff girls were very pleasant and efficient.

Room is smelly and there is no lift as well. We were 4 with kids and they offered 2nd floor where there is no lift for moving stuff. Breakfast is full of bread items. there were no eggs as well. Only one type of coffee offered.

Property was all very dimly lit made the hallways and rooms feel unsafe and dingy. The place had a bad odor, its pet friendly but still, they used some type of spray to try and cover it up. Room was dirty the mattress covers were badly stained they used sheets to cover them, bathroom sink and tub drainage was really slow standing water in them took forever to drain after each use. The “breakfast” that was included consisted of stale cereal crap/generic bread and muffins that fell apart when toasted. Very small dining area was dirty. Guests were very noisy and someone’s dog kept barking. The girl at the front desk was rude and talked to me in a smartazz tone. Spend the extra cash and stay at one of the other hotels in walking distance. This place is really gross!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND.

Hair was all over the tub; the hair conditioner was empty, and the body wash pump was stuck and could not be unlocked. The bed mattresses had too many lumps and were hard in some spots. It is as if they never replace the mattresses. Not a good experience because I couldn't clean my body, and my hair was sticky due to no conditioner. I couldn't sleep, and it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. No joke. I am seeking refund

pros: hotel was in good shape and rooms were very clean cons: breakfast is continental, no eggs/ bacon etc room 101: 75 yards from 6 lane rt 66 300 yards from railroad that runs trains every 20 minutes day/ night mini frig sounded like a drum set 24/7
