Really enjoyed the stay with the family. Rooms were nice, but there was no elevator in our building (we had to haul luggage up stairs). Breakfast in the main lobby was good, but sort of a smaller space and got crowded when more families showed up. Would recommend as a good place to stay.

Perfect.

The room was extremely clean and well kept. There was a fridge and microwave and a great TV. It was spacious with plenty of seating. Easily one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in in a very long time.

Convenient

Nice big, clean room. Conveniently located nice pizza place next door. Can’t leave your dog in room alone but we got the pizza to go. It was snowing when we got there and throughout the night. When my husband to the dog out for a walk he slipped on the snow and hurt his back. They did remove the snow in the morning but it was after 830 am.

Not a good night’s sleep

Actual charge more than advertised due to weekend rate and pet charges. Yucky room for travelers with pets. See-through thin sheets, lumpy pillows, rusty door jambs, and dust bunnies on the ceiling. Also next to busy train tracks.

Everything there was fine. The rooms are well maintained but they don't do daiky housekeeping. You can easily rrquest housekeeping to your room however. I was not informed prior of a $75 fee for a non-smoking room until I was checking in. The front desk is said to be 24/7 but on occasion and on the day I was checking out I had to wait 35 additional minutes to my 6 a.m. departure time. The breakfast was also great, you just need to wake up early. You can hear the train when it passes by but if you aren't a delicate or light sleeper you will be fine.
