10/10 – Exceptional Service That Made All the Difference I recently stayed at Motel 6 in Flagstaff's Woodlands Village while recovering from an injury and using crutches. Although I didn't catch the young man's name at the front desk, he and his mother, who are originally from India, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. We even had a pleasant conversation about their homeland, which added a personal touch to my stay. They brought extra towels, held doors open, and even came to me instead of requiring me to navigate to the front desk. Their genuine care and concern truly stood out during my visit. It's rare to encounter such thoughtful and attentive service, and I can't thank them enough for their kindness. This lovely family deserves 10 stars for their outstanding hospitality!

I wasn't going to leave a review because I didn't have anything nice to say, but this property charged me $500 for what they are claiming is dirty towels and have refused to provide me with an itemized receipt showing what the charges are for. I've filed a complaint with their corporate office and will also file with the Better Business Bureau which probably won't matter as they aren't even BBB accredited and have an F rating.

I have not stayed at a Motel 6 in a while, usually they are all booked. Worked out okay for our one night stay while traveling. Forgot they don’t have mini fridge in rooms or shampoo. Liked that it was pet friendly and no extra charge. Easy parking, friendly staff easy check in and out. Some noise from fwy, otherwise okay.

Pay more and go elsewhere. This hotel is old, needs updating. There are 3 floors and there is an elevator but hotel has no luggage carts. I was laughed at when I asked if they had any. I had never been to a hotel with no carts. The sidewalks are old and uneven to use a cart so maybe that’s why they didn’t have any I don’t know. The room was ridiculously expensive for what it is. They jacked up pricing for special event in town. My non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and had definitely been smoked in a lot to smell like that. I will definitely never stay in this hotel again. Just another example of an owner who puts in the minimum so they can get max money without doing much. Poor

Location was great. But next door guests were too loud. I wished da walls weren’t paper thin. I needed my sleep I keep awake up then they kept open there door or you can hear there very conversations with their families. Other than that cleanliness was fair.

Room was it as clean as it could be hair on floor baseboard s had hair and lots of dust 1st nite loud neibors arguing second was nice. Area the grounds the staff very nice. Stores across the street restaurants very nice
