Staff was very nice and there was free coffee in the lobby. The arcade while a cool feature didn’t offer much. Bowling was very expensive. The rooms were nice and clean but the bathrooms were small. Common area and lobby were great

Conveniently located to the Grand Canyon. Property had good amenities. Room cleanliness was an issue upon check-in (dirty sheets, very dusty, dirty shower). Bartenders at the poolside were nice/friendly (shout-out to Emily who was always in a cheerful mood), in addition to the game room staff. Hotel front lobby staff were inhospitable and could benefit from customer service training. Pool area and gym area/amenities were nice and well kept. Location was within walking distance to all restaurants and stores. Parking was good and plentiful. All in all it was OK. Likely wouldn't stay again and may give the hotel across the street a visit next time.

The Squire was conveniently located to the town and the entry of the Grand Canyon. It had plenty of amenities for families to enjoy!

The hotel and staff were nice and it was within biking distance of the Grand Canyon. When you reserve through Expedia, it says it includes taxes and fees. However, I still had to pay the nightly resort fee after I got there. On our second night, we seen housekeeping in the hall. We asked for two clean towels and then she could skip our room. She dropped one on the floor then picked it up and handed it to my husband.

Great Hotel

Everything was great. Nice to so many buildings for a hotel. Excellent breakfast. And the staff were very nice except for one person. The bowling alley guy was very rude. But that was the only negative part of our experience.

The staff was friendly but this property needs a large update. We stayed in a room that was not in the main complex and it looked like they bought up old hotels around the property. From walking up to the room and getting soaked from the sprinklers that almost shoot into the room. While using the door twice the electronic lock broke and needed to be replaced. The flooring and doors needed help which I included photos. They also charge 25 dollars a day for resort fee, but I would not consider this a resort. I would not go back.

It was beautiful and close to the Grand Canyon entrance. Staff was accommodating and the room was nice. The dinning was pricey, breakfast was not included. They had little fires to roast smores in the evening.

The carpets in the 3000 building are in desperate need of steam cleaning. There are stains on the carpet. Counters and surfaces were not wiped down daily and a check of the mattress cover showed stains. I would recommend doing deep cleanings.

We loved the whole experience! So many amenities, pretty places in the lobby to relax, nice gift shop with reasonable prices, great pool area, and welcoming all around. Great for families! Friendly and accommodating staff and very clean.

Didn’t like the hidden fees I was charged on top of what I paid Expedia. I even asked about hidden charges during check in and I was told they don’t know my costs since I went with a third party booking company. On check out I was charged a resort fee of 25 dollars a night plus tax. I was told whatever I paid Expedia was my costs. Not the case on check out. Felt very untrustworthy after check out. I won’t be back. Also very hard to get clean towels.

I'd probably stay here again.

Great hotel, beautiful and clean with excellent service and amenities just down the street from the Grand Canyon entrance. Only negative is that the food is expensive and not very good, definitely not worth the price. Also, we were charged an extra $25 tourist fee per day that was not priorly disclosed, that adds up. Having said that, i'd probably stay here again.
