Just 10 minutes from Grand Canyon!

Nice stay after a long day at the Grand Canyon. Conveniently located close to gas, food, etc. Room was clean and comfortable.

Needs service for early hikers

Great for families, but not for hikers wanting early start. they have no breakfast before 630, and only one automatic, super slow coffee machine for whole place. Game room is nice. But, cmon your next to the Grand Canyon and no coffee or food for early hikers.

The property was very close to the entrance of the Grand Canyon, walking distance to McDonalds, free kids meals, free smores in the evening, pool and hot tub inside and outside. It was a great experience. I would definitely stay here next time we visit!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, but we were really impressed by the amenities. Giant chess, connect 4, indoor and outdoor pools, movie nights, bowling alley and arcade, complimentary breakfast... highly recommend when staying near the Grand Canyon!

Beautiful resort. Comfortable beds. Beware, parking is insane you will park far away. Also rhey will charge you a resort fee. Breakfast you can add on for $25 for two, which is a deal as it is $20/person at the resort. Kids do eat free. The pool was amazing.

Overall the property was quite nice. The kids loved the arcade and pool activities. Good location and very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants though, a disaster. Slow service, long waits, and very over priced. Save your time and money and eat at outside restaurants, although limited in the area.

Expedia and Holiday Inn resort failed to disclose or notify me that resort fees aren't included in Expedia's billing invoice therefore I was charged hundreds of dollars for additional mandatory fees unexpectedly. Very shady practices from both Expedia and the Holiday Inn. I feel cheated and taken advantage of, lied to and mislead. Expedia posts discounted prices to lure you in to purchase what you think is a better rate, but the hidden fees actually increase the rate above standard pricing

Loved this place! Great for families, with the pools, arcade, restaurants and bars. The rooms are nicely re-done, but the hallways are still pretty dark and the exterior security doors were not locking/working properly. Will recommend this place to others visiting the Grand Canyon area for sure!

This place was absolutely perfect! It was clean. It smelled amazing. The people were SO kind and nice! Seriously above and beyond. We can't wait to go back. The arcade and bowling were the perfect way to end each night of our stay. So much fun! And my daughter very much enjoyed the indoor pool!
