We had the best time. Close to the south rim entrance of the Grand Canyon. We hiked there during the day and enjoyed the resort and its amenities at night. Loved it

Pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. The rooms were very large and quiet. The hotel had s’mores at the fires when we got there (they do it every night), along with a $5 arcade card. The indoor pool had movies playing every night. Next to the outside pool they had lots of games like cornhole and pingpong!

We stayed for two consecutive nights, and the housekeeping service was a complete mess. When we checked in, the body wash bottle was empty. Despite repeatedly calling and visiting the front desk, we were given different excuses each time. Eventually, they told us that due to housekeeping issues, they could only provide body wash the next day. However, after returning from our visit to the Grand Canyon, we found that the bottle was still empty, and no one had cleaned the room—no fresh towels, no sheet changes, nothing. This was by far the worst experience we've had. Extremely disappointing.

Beautiful property. Got off on wrong foot with the hidden resort fee. Or maybe I missed it as an extra expense in website? Employees seemed disinterested in doing anything extra. No concierge services to assist with park plans. The breakfast service was limited to a buffet. breakfast restaurant with only a buffet option.

They had an arcade, bar and 6-lane bowling alley on the lower floor! We had a lot of fun there. There's a waterfall on the main floor that was so soothing every time I walked by. Rooms were very nice with a sink and large counter in the room as well as one in the bathroom. Large soaking tub, but may be harder for some to get in and out of. Room had the largest TV we've had in a hotel room. The room also had a table and two chairs. We loved it and will be back.

Handsdown to the General Manager of this property! The Square Resort, Holiday Inn is very clean and very family oriented property. We had a managers welcome drinks and small bites. And I tell you, I thought it was just a cheaper drinks but they use a nice alcohol. They use Patron for my margaritas and the small bites are sooo good witj a nice presentation. They also have the smores which everyone absolutely loved! Kids and adults are enjoying the smores with a really nice setup. There’s a nice pool, hot tubs, bean bag and lots of other yard games. I saw teenagers enjoying the bean bag games. They also have kids movie night at the indoor pool. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place! We went on a southwest roadtrip and this is our first stop. The property is cery close to the grand canyon south rim entrance and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby. I do recommend to book with breakfast included. The breakfast buffet has great food options. I did not book with breakfast included so we had to pay $20/person.
