Such a cute place! The common area was so chic and I loved the options for pool, foosball and board games. The general store was wildly overpriced- $3 for a 1oz bag of chips. Our room was very comfy. My only complaint is the bottle of body wash was out and stuck to the wall so I couldn’t even try to get more out.

The hotel is retro, but oh so beautiful and quaint! A definite must stay. Once you are here, you will wish you had more time to spend here. I only stay at 5 star luxury hotels usually. I booked this one, and it did not disappoint in any manor. Different in the best of ways! Loved everything about the stay! The location is amazing, the staff is top notch and oh so friendly! 12 out of 10 stars! I was that happy with the place. It was so clean and beautiful! I cannot say enough good about it!

Always a great time!

We love the HCML! It has an old time lodge feel with a modern twist. The lobby/bar/lounge area has a very relaxed yet trendy vibe offering small bites, great coffee, cocktails and a variety of fun games to choose. You can get some work done or just relax and enjoy the evening while enjoying the weather or view. You also have the option to use the pool, hot tub or sauna. On top of all of that, it is a very convenient location for visiting our daughter who attends NAU!

Great location. Quiet enough. Good parking. Beds were great with nice pillows. Some interior designer got loose and made some, let’s say questionable calls. An abyss of dark green paint and dim lighting. Challenging enough when blessed with good vision. My wife, legally blind wanted to club the fool. It could mostly be corrected with plainly higher wattage bulbs. Otherwise, it works.

The room was dark. The lighting was so poor you could not read while lying in bed. Because of the dark walls, you could not find the wall switches. Because of the dark walls, you could not find the Black waste basket that had a black liner in it. Unfortunately, we will not consider this facility again for our vacation. On the plus side, the pool, hot tub, Lounge and General Store were great. The staff was wonderful.
