Unexpectedly got charged for parking and it shares parking lot with a restaurant and another hotel. No security. I stayed there the week before and was not charged for parking. Did not get any room service the 4 nights I was there

The TV in our first room was not working properly. Instead of bringing a new TV we had to change rooms after we had unpacked. The first room had a desk chair that was absolutely gross/stained. The staff was very pleasant but nothing set this hotel apart from others or would make us return

address was not findable in maps I drove all around trying to find it called the hotel they tried to get me there.They said it has happened before Got disconnected and could not get them to pick up the phone again. Finally found it and they were all rude to me. Gave me poor directions to my room in relation to the stairs. The shower had low pressure and the shower head was installed too high. There is a correct ht and lay out for showers and this one was terrible. Grab bar in the wrong place. they do not have a cork screw to loan. Ac was noisy

he staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I especially loved the blackout shades — they made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, so the water was pretty cold. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

A beautiful new hotel in a nice area. We swam in the pool and walked over to the nearby restaurant which was excellent. Always a good experience at Hampton Inn!

Rooms are spacious, bathroom also, beds are comfortable, excellent free breakfast, good parking, quiet location with a couple of restaurants, gas station that are in walking distance. Theres small store inside if you wanted some microwaveable food, chips, beer and wine. I always go here when in Flagstaff.

They did a wonderful job accommodating my dog… they even gave him a treat at the counter. I was worried that it would be smelly being a pet friendly hot but it was very clean. Will come back!

Hotel itself was as expected. Very nice and we would stay again. Conveniently located to the I-40 which gets you to the Grand Canyon and Williams. Restaurants and shopping close by. The staff was very helpful but kudos to the breakfast staff. The food itself was nothing to rave about but the people tending the breakfast were very very good.
