Good rooms and breakfast. The walls are just so thin and we were woken up all through the night from stomping around above us. We called to request them to be quiet but it still sounded like people were tossing suitcases on the floor every 20 minutes all through the night

The shower has excellent strong pressure. The room is comfortable. I like that we could open the windows to get some fresh Flagstaff air. But it’s a bummer that the smoking area is right beneath our window. The front desk lady was very pleasant and welcoming. I also appreciated her getting after children that were running in the hotel. She is a strong leader. The breakfast was good. I liked the strawberry flavored waffle batter. I would like to see Heather options likes more fruit and hard boiled eggs. Overall a great experience. This will be our “go to” everytime was come up.

Helpful staff, clean room, rustic woodsy setting with a log cabin feel. The area is very convenient and surrounded by lovely trees. The rooms were good size. Very dog friendly with easy exit to the outside. Easy ramp access too. A bit noisy with kids and dogs
