Terraced house to the owner. Cottage on the first floor: kitchen, living-room (3 beds 1 pers. including 1 pullout bed), 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 pers.), bathroom, central heating, wifi, balcony, ground. Valmorel ski resort. Snowshoes 9 km. Canoeing, rafting 5 km, delta-paragliding 10 km. La Léchère baths. Contemporary House situated on the edge of a typical hamlet of Tarentaise. Gite pleasant, spacious and very well equipped. Nice plot with garden under a large cherry furniture. Private parking. Nice view over the Isère Valley and the mountains. At the entrance to the Tarentaise 6km from the connection for Valmorel Grand Domaine (vast area straddling the Tarentaise and Maurienne massifs) and the connection for the 3 Valleys (the largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes) . Gîte ideally located for hiking and cycling in the summer between Vanoise, Haute-Tarentaise and Beaufortain (many mythical passes). Leisure center of Morel at 3km and Spa resort of La Léchère at 5km.
