Fully updated condo with loft located on the hills of family friendly Granby Ranch Resort. This condo features vaulted ceilings, a wonderful living room with reclining leather furniture & cable TV, a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, full and readily stocked kitchen for you to cook delicious meals in, dinning area with large table and chairs, FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER, two bathrooms on main level and one bathroom upstairs, and a bunk bed room.
**IMPORTANT BEDROOM INFORMATION**
1st Bedroom is the Master with a KING Bed and attached bathroom, 2nd Bedroom is the loft upstairs with TWO Queen beds and attached bathroom, and the 3rd Bedroom is the bunk bed room with a set of bunk beds. Graco Pack n play crib provided in unit. This is a LOFT unit, but the loft has been enclosed for extra privacy.

Granby is close to: Grand Lake- 16 miles, Winter Park- 20 miles, Fraser- 15 miles. Granby offers easy access to the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. Lake Granby is the third largest lake in Colorado. It is popular with anglers and is continually stocked with Trout and Kokanee Salmon. Don’t forget to take a refreshing dip in the Hot Springs at Hot Sulphur Springs- 12 miles away.

Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire condo (with only the owners closet/cabinet locked). Outside ski closet is locked and private, guests will NOT have access to that.
ITEMS TO NOTE:
1. We are NOT on the first floor - you MUST use stairs to access any unit at Mountainside, even 1st floor units have stairs.
2. Free Pool Access during warmer summer months only (usually opens toward the end of May), very close and easy walk. Hot Tubs require a drive and are NOT free. They are located at The Inn at Silver Creek.
3. There are stairs both UP and DOWN required to access the condo.
4. The view from the deck is the parking lot. The photos of scenery are in the area but you'll need to exit to condo to enjoy them.
5. Our Condo is in excellent shape and one of the nicest units in the area.
6. We count the bonus bunk bed room as a 3rd bedroom as it has a nice new set of bunk beds and is not in the main living area- this room does NOT have a closet and is NOT fully enclosed.
7. The fireplace glass is VERY HOT. Do not touch it and be careful so your children do not touch it.
8. Check in is at 3PM or ANYTIME after - we have a SHARP check-out time of 10AM or anytime earlier. We can't accommodate late check-outs due to cleaning crew needs. The cleaning crew sometimes arrives at 10AM sharp to clean so please be respectful of the check out time of 10AM.
9. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the balcony per HOA policy, they are strict about enforcing this. There is a smoking "shed" that you can smoke in near the building.
10. No pets or emotional support animals per HOA policy - no exceptions. If you have a seeing eye dog or trained service animal this must be disclosed before booking.
11. Outside closet is locked and private, guests will NOT have access to that.
12. Wifi is whole building wifi similar to that of a Hotel.
For winter guests - SKI IN/OUT - Requires a short walk - we are at Mountainside on the ski slopes.
