Check in was easy and staff was helpful in parking our car.
The room design , specially bathroom design was not practical. The doors were bumping into each other and the floor of the added standing shower was unstable. Very unpleasant shower experience!
It was very well located, near many points of interest or walking distance to multiple transportation options and restaurants, there is also a supermarket nearby. But the most amazing thing was the staff attention to details, how they were always available to address our questions of provide orientation / suggestions, great job guys, thanks. We'll be back and recommend to friends & family
The staff were fabulous and went out of their way to assist. The breakfast was great. However, my room was dark and gloomy at all times, overlooked a dirty narrow laneway, the air conditioning didn’t appear to work and my room was cold. The carpets in the public area leading to my room were dirty. I was so disappointed by this hotel. At most, 2 stars

So so in Granada
The place is okay but I paid extra for a view of the Alhambra and was told that none were available. But I didn’t get reimbursed. Also some of the services like air conditioning and coffee maker didn’t work.
Me encanta el hotel. Super elegante y cerca de todo. ¡Claudia en front desk es la mejor!

Great location near Bib Ramblas, a very hip and fun are. Also very close to the Moorish section of the old town. Would have rated higher except the bathroom configuration caused the glass doors to collide and there was a noxious sewage odor emanating from the drains. The staff addressed the odor quickly once we mentioned the issue.
They have a very poor shower condition and the room was noisy because it face a avenue street. I asked them to fix the room because the floor got wet from the poor condition of the shower and they didn’t do anything at all. They should put hanger for towels near the shower. Not my best experience. Didn’t got room upgraded for gold member.
Great hotel, with an excellent specialist restaurant that served maybe the best sole we've had for a long time. The staff are terrific- proud of their hotel, knowedegeable and a pleasure to deal with. Hotel very central, easy access to all that Granada has to offer. Recommend them highly.
Very dark room as it was facing directly into another building which was very close. Sink in room and bathroom had a set of deadly glass doors which needed to be opened one at a time. AC was still set to heat when it was 25c and had to be reset by front desk. Cobwebs in room and remote TV control out of battery. Breakfast very average.parking is €28 per day and down the road and very tight garage for mid size car
