Gramado é sempre um encanto. O imóvel tem uma boa localização. O nosso check in e check up feita pela senhora Márcia foi excelente. Bem equipado. Como sugestão: o sofá podia ser melhor. Estávamos em 6 pessoas e ficamos muito bem acomodados. O prédio tem a saída de garagem estreita. Se for um carro maior é difícil manobrar. A rampa é íngrime, estreita e em curva. A mureta está danificada de muitos abalrroamentos.

Apt próximo a tudo , bem mobiliado ,espaçoso . Não tem ar condicionado mas não fez falta , apesar de verão. Pegamos um clima bem ameno. Mas de repente poderia ser uma sugestão colocar pelo menos em 1 cômodo.Mas apesar disso , recomendo bastante.

Boa localização, excelente apartamento e administradores acessíveis pra qualquer problema.

Gostei muito da minha hospedagem e voltarei com certeza. Apartamento bem mobiliado, confortável e com uma localização muito boa, próximo ao centro da cidade, de fácil acesso caminhando.
