There was no hot water for shower at night they say due to many people taking shower the Caldera did not had a performance to hit up a great amount of water to supply the demand. I was in disbelief!!!

Sympa mais vieillissant

Personnel agréable, procédures de Check in et Check out rapides. L’hôtel commence à vieillir et certaines choses ne marchent plus correctement (climatisation déficiente, lumière de chevet cassée). Lit confortable, mais chambre petite. Environs calme et non bruyant. Un peu loin de l’avenue centrale mais possible d’y aller sans voiture.

Nossa experiência foi razoável, ja que mesmo fazendo a reserva com antecedência de um apartamento luxo (conforme descrição), nos colocaram em um quarto no terreo, com vista interna, que mais parecia um alojamento e sequer pegava tv. O cafe da manha é bem variado.
