There was no hot water for shower at night they say due to many people taking shower the Caldera did not had a performance to hit up a great amount of water to supply the demand. I was in disbelief!!!

O hotel é bom, apesar da sua idade (antigo). Café da manhã com ótimas opções. Quarto limpo e compatível com a proposta e o preço. Salientar o excelente atendimento do funcionário Fábio na recepção, super atencioso e cordial. Como pontos negativos, pagar estacionamento para o carro ficar de frente com o hotel (rua) e uma pena que permitiram a propaganda da empresa GAV no hall de entrada. Você mal se hospeda e já é abordado por alguém. Isso se torna muito chato e cansativo.

Hotel muito antigo !! Quarto muito antigo , mal conservado , apertado , cama pequena , roupa de cama velhas ( nem parece roupa d cama , parece mais uns pedaços de pano velho) Banheiro ruim demais , pedra da pia caindo , tubulações esgoto aparente , box quase caindo , rejuntes d banheiro c muito mofo ( não tem janelas nem sucção respiro n banheiro , armários antigos e muit mal conservados ! Ou seja , totalmente DESCONFORTÁVEL! Atendimento de tds os funcionários IMPECÁVEL - Especialmente pessoal d cozinha ! Café da manhã PERFEITO !! Em resumo : Pra quem procura um hotel barato , sem se preocupar com conforto p descansar , mas não abre mão d um bom café da manhã , Talves vale a pena ! Pra quem não abre mão d conforto , um bom descanso , e muito mais NÃO RECOMENDO !! Gramado é uma cidade INCRIVEL e as opções são ABSURDAMENTE abundantes, c valores muito bons sem abrir mão de conforto !

Excelente localização, ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, sempre educados e solícitos, café da manhã completo e com bastante variedade! Quarto básico, até pensei que seria melhor e maior! Hotel um pouco sujo e com presença de insetos indesejados! Não sei se a dedetização está em dia, pois não procurei saber! Em razão da grande diversidade de hotéis em Gramado e da qualidade da limpeza geral e do quarto que fiquei, não me hospedaria novamente! Ah, aqui no Hotéis.com apareceu um valor que eu pagaria de taxas ao hotel, porém lá me cobraram valor superior! Até falei da diferença, porém o funcionário da recepção disse que havia uma taxa de 10% incidente sobre o valor total da acomodação! Enfim, faltou clareza! Sem mais

O café da manhã é muito bom. Acredito que só poderia ter algum tipo de prato quente como tem em hotéis do nordeste (cuscuz, mandioca cozida…). Os quartos são confortáveis e o ambiente bem “colonial” do hotel. Tinha filtro de água na recepção do hotel e café quentinho, o que nos ajudou bastante. Todos os funcionários muito solícitos e atenciosos.
