Quarto com Manutenção ruim

Atendimento excelente, funcionarios todos mto prestativos. Area comum do hotel uma pouco antiga, mas limpa e organizada!!! Oq deixou a desejar foi a condição do quarto... antigo, com mta manutenção pra fazer desde pintura ate estrutural mesmo... com janelas sujas e com pequenas aranhas no quarto. Roupa de cama limpa, mas bancadas e banhoiros estavam sujos

Minha experiencia com o hotel foi bem ruim, eu fiz uma reserva na qual eu não consegui ir. Entendo ser cobrado alguma taxa, mas me cobrarem o valor total, sendo que não precisaram fazer arrumação do quarto, trocas de lençois nem toalhas, nem despesas do cafe da manha.

Encontramos problemas no banheiro: registro da pia não funcionava direito e a descarga do vaso tinha q ser acionada por muito tempo. O atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, super atenciosos.

Funcionários Cordiais

Hotel meio antigo, estilo anos 80. Localizado na estrada entre Gramado e Canela, longe do Centro. Se tiver de carro não tem problemas, sem carro terá que pagar por taxi ou pegar os serviços de carona dos restaurantes . Os funcionários bem são cordiais, mas ficam tentando te empurrar passeio o tempo todo, chega a ser constrangedor.
