Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Muito bom

Foi uma viagem em familia. Aniversário do meu filho de 9 anos. O atendimento na recepção foi otimo, o estacionamento tem que pagar 40 reais/dia. Eh um hotel com varios predios, cujo predio principal fica a recepção, piscina, brinquedoteca, spa e cafe da manha. Cada prediontem uma letra e una cor . Os funcionários nao sabem, e vc tem “obrigação “ de saber. Inclusive foi o motivo de um contratempo no cafe da manha. De resto foi tudo bem, da nossa torre ate o cafe, tem q ir sndando. Ou seja se chove , ou se esta frio, nao tem como ir por dentro. Eh proximo do centro, mas tem q ir de carro.

Vale muito a pena

O hotel realmente é incrível. Tem diversas opções de entretenimento que demandam vários dias hospedados para poder curtir devidamente. Quarto aconchegante com ótima decoração fazendo com que a experiência seja realmente agradável. Serviço de estacionamento funciona porém é terceirizado e tem um alto custo. Hoje em maio de 2025 o valor da diária do estacionamento é de R$ 40,00. Café da manhã é excelente e com várias opções. Recomendo buscar por esse hotel em baixa temporada onde é possível pagar um bom valor na diária (abaixo de 500) e fugir das super lotações.

Muy buen hotel con muchas instalaciones para disfrutar El servicio del bar de recepción es lamentable y es preferible que directamente lo cierren o tengas bebidas solamente para ofrecer, no están preparados para ofrecer comida ya que no pueden y no están capacitados para la demanda. El desayuno bueno y variado pero variado en harinas, sería bueno agregarle más frutas y verduras como palta, tomate aceitunas
