Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Foi uma estadia excelente, ficamos 2 noites e reservamos um dia para curtir o lazer que o resort proporciona e ainda assim nao usufruimos de tudo. É um excelente lugar para ir com crianças, amigas ou casal pois proporciona lazer para todos os públicos. O quarto muito confortável, com otimo espaco de armazenamento, ficamos num quarto com banheira de hidromassagem. O serviço de quarto tambem é excelente. Todos os funcionários são extremamentes cordiais e gentis, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Como em todo lugar que dispõe de café da manhã aos hóspedes sugiro ir cedo para garantir a qualidade e tranquilidade de um café bem servido, ja tenho como hábito e sempre é ótimo. O cardapio e a qualidade é muito bom e diverso. Super recomendo e já estou ansiosa pra voltar.

Nossa experiência no Buona Vitta começou com alguns contratempos, mas, em vez de recorrermos a avaliações negativas na internet, optamos por conversar diretamente com o gerente do hotel para buscar uma solução. E essa escolha nos trouxe uma ótima surpresa: encontramos uma equipe disposta a reconhecer e corrigir os erros, demonstrando o real valor que dão aos seus hóspedes. O gerente Jouber nos encontrou pessoalmente, nos ouviu com atenção, pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e ainda fez questão de transformar nossa estadia em uma experiência muito melhor. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente valorizados, e esse foi o 5 estrelas que demos ao Buona Vitta – um hotel que realmente se preocupa com seus hóspedes. Definitivamente, queremos voltar. Além da beleza estética do local, o que mais nos marcou foi a equipe, que fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Nosso agradecimento especial ao gerente Jouber, ao recepcionista Arthur, que nos acompanhou até o quarto e garantiu que estivesse tudo perfeito, e à equipe de limpeza, que deixou o ambiente aconchegante. Um detalhe curioso e especial: mencionei casualmente que fiquei frustrado por não ter levado chinelo, pois esperava encontrar pantufas no quarto. O gerente explicou o motivo pelo qual elas não estavam disponíveis no momento, mas, no dia seguinte, encontramos dois pares de pantufas no nosso quarto – um para mim e outro para minha esposa. São essas pequenas ações que nos fazem perceber: eles realmente valorizam seus hóspedes.
