Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Hotel com ótimo custo-benefício, acomodações confortáveis e atendimento excelente por parte dos funcionários. No geral, a experiência foi muito positiva. O único ponto que merece atenção é o café da manhã. As opções de doces eram bastante limitadas e o iogurte servido em jarra, para um hotel desse nível, chega a ser até inesperado. Viajo com frequência a trabalho e esse tipo de prática já não é comum nem em hotéis de categoria três estrelas, então realmente é um aspecto que vale ser revisto. Apesar disso, estou atribuindo nota máxima, pois o conjunto da experiência superou as expectativas.

O hotel é belíssimo, com opção de lazer . Você pode passar o dia todo lá. Quarto bem amplo , assim como banheiro . Mta opção de café da manhã , porém , como tem acontecido em todos os outros hotéis, a qualidade dos produtos deixou a desejar
