Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .

Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Boa noite. Faltou uma recepção melhor um drink uma aguá. Banheiro ralo fedido. Piscina suja principalmente final do dia. Tirando isso Td certo. Pessoal que guarda os carros gentis. Recepção atendentes prestativos. Concierte difícil de responder whats e ajudar os hospedes. Quem ajudava Pessoal recepção. Obg. Una coisa tem que ser melhorafa questao de estacionamento. Nos hospedes pagam para estacionar o carro e as pessoas que gastam no restaurante nao pagam. Engracado isso… ficamos 7dias debería ser mais em conta estacionamento.

Excelente, mas apenas uma ressalva, os quartos da torre G de fundos, por exemplo final 6 tem um motor ou gerador que fica toda noite ligado, para quem tem sono leve pode ser um problema, para mim não estragou minha noite, mas para quem é mais sensível.
