Everything we wanted...

Caroline and her family were a delight. The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed including extra fluffy towels! We took advantage of Caroline offering her extra service of buying breakfast items for our arrival which was perfect! She even left us some beer and wine! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this VRBO!

Gästehaus Maurer, Wohnung Waxenstein

Sehr schöne und und saubere Wohnung mit Bergblick in schöner und ruhiger Umgebung. Nette und entgegenkommende Vermieter. Wir waren in der Nebensaison im Oktober in Grainau. Der Ort ist zu dieser Zeit sehr ruhig - perfekt zum Entspannen, wandern und spazieren gehen. Man kann dennoch zu Fuß im Ort alles für den täglichen Bedarf sowie das Schwimmbad mit Sauna erreichen. Man kann viele Wanderungen jeder Schwierigkeit sowie Spaziergänge (auch mit Kinderwagen im Tal) machen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man sehr schnell Garmisch-Partnenkirchen sowie viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.

Alles hat gepasst: Die Lage, die Einrichtung, die Größe und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin. Auch unsere 3-jährige Enkelin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Vor allem auch im Garten, den wir benutzen durften. Danke für Alles!

Super Clean and Roomy Apartment In A PERFECT Location.

The apartment is roomy and super clean. Great for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen has most you'll need and the store to get your food is just a few miles away. The smaller refrigerator is deeper and bigger than it looks. Has a extra drawer for added space. Beds are comfortable and you do have a safe if you feel it's needed. The location is beautiful.On a small quite street that adds to the privacy. The balconies are great. We sat on it every night and watched the sun shine on the mountains in the evening. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. If we could come back to the area, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.Overall highly recommend.

einfach nur perfekt

Wir haben mit unserer 2-jährigenTochter eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung “Waxenstein” verbracht. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und auch der gesamte Aufenthalt war perfekt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und man hatte alles zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren bequem und das vorhandene Babybett (Reisebett) war in einem einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und in sich sehr ruhig. Die Räume kann man komplett abdunkeln, sodass der Mittagsschlaf unserer Tochter in nix gestört werden konnte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Edeka und Restaurants) sind in ein paar Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestellen und der Bahnhof ist in ca. 15 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Das Gasthaus ist sehr zu empfehlen und sollten wir unseren Urlaub wiedermal in dieser Gegend verbringen, wissen wir auch wo wir uns melden werden. Vielen Dank.
