Enjoy views of sunsets and boats from your back patio overlooking the beautiful Marina. The local marina is just steps away and you can rent a boat and spend the day out on the water.
Groceries, snacks, and a meat market are available only 3 minutes away at The Trading Post.

This Condo is centrally located near restaurants and is a short boat ride to the iconic Hells Gate. Walking distance to Hemingway’s Craft House, one of the top restaurants overlooking the lake, and The Pie House for pizza. The Oasis Condo offers a luxury experience on the lake by providing a Fitness center, Pool, Hot Tub, and Fire-pit. The outdoor grills, and large patio TV, are located under a covered seating area adjacent to the pool. While offering access to one of the most popular lakes in Texas there is great fishing right outside your front door. The trailhead is a 1/2 mile walk if you want to hike or mountain bike while enjoying amazing lake views.

Inside you will find brand new luxury amenities. The master suite has a king bed with beautiful lake and harbor views, and a Smart TV. The master bath has a double vanity, and an oversized shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Front bedroom has two Queen beds with built in twin bunks above and a 55" Smart TV. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the front bedroom and has large soaking tub and shower also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The living area contains a large sectional sofa and two chairs set in front of a 65” Smart TV. The dining area consists of a large island/bar that seats two and a dining table with seating for six.

* Please note the Harborview Condos do not allow you to park your boat or trailer in the gated parking lot so you will be responsible for finding a spot to park your boat and/or trailer. Less than 200 yards away there is a gravel lot used for boat and/or trailer parking. The public boat ramp is very close and can be seen from our front porch.
