With a stocked Chef's kitchen, bbq grill, games for all ages, fenced yard and boat parking, all you need is a readiness to relax. After a day of fun in the sun, spend the starlit hours making s'mores by the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub while listening to the lake waves, or watching amazing sunsets while lounging on the boat dock. Close to Rocker B. Property is equipped with: Chef's kitchen supplied with everything you need for cooking a gourmet meal; grill; fire pit; hot tub; walk in shower and soaker tub; fenced in yard for pets and children; 2 tv's; video library; books; indoor games for all ages; outdoor games; full use of boat dock and tie up boat access; fishing poles; guest book with information for the area; and much more!

This property is a great little slice of lake life. Big enough for my family, and we always have a lake vacation with about 7-8 people. Karon thinks of everything thing that most people bring. Such as there is an air mattress, even little couch things that you lay out into and extra little mattress for kids! Even items to wash your clothes or towels if needed! It isn’t too far of a walk to the shared boat dock, and swimming. Just down a little hill so make sure if you are unsteady to have a little help walking down the hill. The place is very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again with our little family. If you are looking for a quiet retreat and something that doesn’t kill the pocket book, then you have found the right spot. Karon is also very responsive to any questions you might have, really a great host!

Best lake house in Possum Kingdom Lake!

This host has made this house so nice and comfortable. It’s just steps away from the Lake. It was the perfect place to soak in the hot tub and also do some grilling. We made a lot of great memories with the family here. Even my two dogs had a great time. The host provided so many little things that just made our stay so nice. Extra cozy blankets, plenty of coffee pods and creamer, shampoo conditioner and body wash for the showers, epson salt for the tub, firewood for the fire pit and plenty of spices for whatever you are grilling. The ac and WiFi worked very well. My entire family were super relaxed and happy! We fished off of the dock (the fish were jumping all around us and the fish are huge! We watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The night sky were full of stars. If you want a spacious cozy retreat for your family, this is the place. We will definitely be book marking this place for future gettaways! Thank you Karon! You are the hostess with the mostess!

Perfect location for Rocker B / Lake Weekend

The house was a perfect location for a Rocker B and lake weekend. We had 10 family members staying at the house and there was plenty of space. Karon was so helpful and quick to respond answering questions and making sure our needs were met. House was clean and well stocked.

Perfect getaway!!

This property was amazing. The house was very clean, stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Very cozy. Boat dock was great for swimming and fishing. Full time neighbors were a lot of fun and welcoming. 100 percent would recommend this as your vacation spot. This will be the only place we stay at in PK from now on. Thanks Miss Karen.
