Earl’s Place is located in the heart of Gracetown. If you are after a laid back beach shack, then Earl’s Place is the place for you! Brush the sand off your feet on the large outdoor deck before heading inside for your morning coffee, or in winter a glass of red by the wood fireplace. Gracetown is 15mins north west of Margaret River town, 10mins to Cowaramup and just 5mins from the famous Caves Road tourist drive, plus Gracetown has direct access to the Cape to Cape walk track!
The Space
Earl’s Place has a large outdoor undercover deck, with sliding louvered partitions that open up to the lovely ocean view. The open plan living area has a dining table with comfortable seating for 6 guests, a TV area with couches and wood fireplace to keep you warm in the cooler months. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need to enjoy a holiday feast.
Down the hall are the three bedrooms, Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has 2 x single beds. There is a laundry with washing machine and a bathroom with shower cubicle and a separate toilet.
There is ample parking on the block, no under cover parking is provided.
