Werte Damen u. Herren! Die Wohnung war feucht u. klamm. Durch Veränderung von Vorhängen u. ähnliches, könnte sie heller wirken. der Teppichboden gehört dringenst ausgetauscht,am besten keiner. Für diesen Zustand war die Wohnung zu teuer Ich denke über eine teilweise Rückerstattung nach.
