cozy, lovingly furnished bright double room in the basement, with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, and dishes (bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee) bathroom with shower / WC

Our house Birkenallee was built in 1996 and expanded in 2003. It is centrally located at the edge of the forest, 8 min. Footpath to the pier / beach. Shops, restaurants / cafes and public transport (bus / train) can be reached in 3 to 5 minutes. Our house Birkenallee is especially family and child friendly. A barbecue and playground at the edge of the forest is always at your disposal. Furthermore, we offer free of charge cots and highchairs. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available in the house and can be used for a fee.  Your four-legged friends (pets) are welcome guests. Our small wellness area with sauna, solarium and billiards offers you an active rest. Our comfortable apartments are furnished with light furniture. They have 1 or 2 bedrooms, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower / bathtub and a spacious living and dining area, with satellite TV, radio and balcony (except FeWo3).

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a sauna or take in the view from a garden.

Klein & Fein

Unser Zimmer war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt "klein & fein". Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen und am Strand waren wir auch in Graal Müritz. Alles fußläufig entfernt wie Bahnhof, Einkaufen und Strand. Die Lage und Umgebung sind Hervorragend. Alles im Ganzen ein Gut.

Für uns war es im Untergeschoss etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig,aber wir haben uns drann gewöhnt. Die Betten sind für ältere Menschen zu niedrig und zu schmal. Von der Ausstattung waren wir zufrieden. Den Urlaun haben wir genossen.

Doppelzimmer mit Küchennutzung

Der Empfang war herzlich und das Zimmer für die 4 gebuchten Nächte völlig ausreichend. Leider liegt es im Souterrain und ist daher ziemlich dunkel und kühl. Die Jalousien konnten wir nicht hochziehen, da andere Feriengäste an unserem Zimmer vorbeigelaufen sind. Zur Sauberkeit muss ich sagen, dass doch viele Spinnweben und Wollmäuse zu finden waren. Ich erwarte persönlich etwas mehr Sauberkeit. Schließlich zahlt man ja auch eine Endreinigung! Auch das zur Verfügung gestellte Geschirr war teilweise sehr schmutzig. Die Unterkunft hat viele steile Treppen, was für unseren Hund etwas schwierig war. Wir mussten ihn die Treppen runtertragen. Aber das Zimmer lag strandnah...nur ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Der nächstgelegene Hundestrand ist allerdings in der Saison mit Leinenpflicht und wirklich sehr schmal.

Das Zimmer ist angenehm gemütlich muss aber ständig gelüftet werden da die Wäsche sonst klamm wird.
