In the beautiful hilltop village of Goult, discover La Maison du Rocher, a fully private home imagined by an antique dealer and architect.
This intimate, artistic and romantic place is full of character, with a few steps that are part of its historic charm.
From Rue du Rocher, you enter directly into the living room, with its cool stone floor and fireplace, furnished with armchairs and a table for quiet moments of rest.
A cozy bathroom and separate toilets are located on either side of the passage leading to the vaulted kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine) and opens onto a sheltered, light-filled patio carved partly into the rock, with plants, a table and a long masonry bench with cushions—perfect for reading or resting.
A few steps down from the patio, the bedroom offers a warm and peaceful atmosphere with an underfloor-heated oak floor.
During your stay, you also have access to the owner’s lush and secluded garden with a shared pool, shared with five calm and respectful homes. This unique garden offers shaded relaxation areas, small terraces, and quiet corners to enjoy the Provençal light and atmosphere.
The house is filled with carefully selected antiques and vintage pieces, creating a singular and soulful aesthetic.
I live next door and am happy to answer questions or share recommendations if needed.
All village shops are within one minute on foot: grocery store (open daily), cafés, bakery, butcher, cheesemonger, restaurants, and a weekly market on Thursday morning.
