Wonderfully traditional hospitality

A traditional, old-fashioned even, French hotel in the best possible way. The staff are polite, helpful and attentive, the bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet and the restaurant is wonderful. We enjoyed 2 days at the Marciac Jazz Festival with this hotel as our base. I hope we do it again soon!

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff

For the price this hotel is excellent, the staff really looked after us with a warm welcome. Room was clean and nice main hotel areas are fantastic, really traditional. Good food. Hotel is situated in the main square of Vic-en-Bigorre which is very handy for any activities planned and there is plenty of parking. We would come back.

Quel dommage

Un sĂ©jour qui sur le papier avait l'air bien, les photos de l'hĂŽtel sont belles. Mais une fois sur place, on a droit Ă  une chambre glacĂ©e oĂč il faut plus d'une heure pour obtenir une tempĂ©rature dĂ©cente, des trous dans les draps, le lit Ă  moitiĂ© fait. Dans la salle de bain le savon dans les distributeurs montĂ©s au mur est coupĂ© Ă  l'eau et donc aussi liquide que cette derniĂšre, la douche est sale, j'ai retrouvĂ© des poils du prĂ©cĂ©dent occupant coincĂ©s dans le rideau de douche, il faut plus de 5 minutes pour obtenir de l'eau chaude, un vrai gĂąchis d'eau et l'Ă©vier est bouchĂ©. Pendant la nuit la tuyauterie se met Ă  claquer Ă  5h du matin faisant un bruit pas possible. Et pour couronner le tout, la rĂ©ceptionniste qui fait le check out le lendemain, ne dit ni bonjour, ni merci, ni au revoir! A Ă©viter

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Accueil pas trÚs souriant. Chambre propre mais vétuste (volets en bois en trÚs mauvais états, rideaux qui sont blancs à l'origine mais n'ont pas été lavés depuis plus de 10ans vu qu'ils étaient presque gris). Chambre mal insonorisée, j'ai entendu la télévision de la chambre voisine toute la nuit. Donc trÚs mauvais rapport qualité/prix. J'éviterai d'y retourner.
