In less than 10 kilometres you can reach the wonderful town of Gospi, where you can shop, stroll or simply enjoy the town and the hustle and bustle in between. But the Velebit massif, which forms a climatic barrier between the Mediterranean climate and the mountain climate, is of course suitable for all kinds of interesting excursions. In winter you can go skiing here, while between spring and autumn you can combine mountain hiking or fishing and hunting tourism. Discover the picturesque locations of the Karl May films here. The Adriatic coast with the town of Karlobag is about 40 kilometres away, so it's worth a day trip if you're longing for the sea.
