Very difficult check in with the hotel charging my credit card twice and debit card once. Showed the charges on my accounts but hotel employee insisted no charges went through. Not enough towels. Overall weak showing in general. Wouldn't recommend. M

The staff are incredible, always friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great every morning we stayed. We make this trip every year and this is the first time we stayed and we will only be staying here from now on.

Our experience started off rocky with the front desk guy not being welcoming at all. He didn’t even say hello. He just said “name” and “sign here” throughout the entire interaction. Then when we got into the room and pulled out the sofa bed, it was a bare mattress. We looked in the closet and there was a blanket only. We tried to call the front desk for a mattress pad and sheets but we got a disconnected ring tone. Not busy signal so we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I had to take my sheet off my bed to give to her and just use a blanket on my bed. The breakfast the next morning was not the greatest either. The pancake machine was broken. The only positive was a soft bed.
