Thoughtfully designed for connection and ease, this welcoming Goolwa Beach retreat brings families and friends together effortlessly. The main living area flows naturally between lounge, dining, and kitchen zones, framed by large glass doors that draw in soft light and garden views. Settle into the sofas for movie nights, gather around the ten-seater dining table, or ease into the day at the kitchen island as fresh coffee brews. The kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring a French-door fridge, oven, cooktop, flatbed microwave, and dishwasher—everything you need for easy home cooking.

Step outside to a generous deck where relaxed alfresco living takes centre stage. Share long lunches around the outdoor dining table, stretch out on the lounge, or fire up the BBQ for dinner under the open sky. As dusk settles, the fire pit invites slow conversation and stargazing. The secure backyard is a haven for children, complete with a pirate ship sandpit, mud kitchen, and plenty of space to play, while indoors little ones can enjoy toys, books, and a puppet theatre of their own.

Four bedrooms offer calm and comfort for every guest. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite with a spacious shower, while two queen bedrooms provide soft linens and restful light. The fourth bedroom is made for fun, with two bunk beds perfect for younger guests. A family bathroom with a full-size bath, separate shower, and plush towels adds an extra layer of comfort.

With ducted heating and cooling, two bathrooms, and undercover parking, this home is fully equipped for year-round ease—ideal for family holidays, group getaways, or simply slowing the pace in a setting made for relaxation.

All bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

A portacot is available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if you require one.

The backyard includes a play area and sandpit—please keep an eye on little ones as they play.

Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
