Rhey said they had never heard of Hotels.com

Shocking experience, arrived at the Bay Horse Accommodation. Only a couple of cars in thr car park and they were staff cars at the resturant in site. No sign of life at the Bay Horse. Walked to the reception off which was locked and had a telephone number for out of hours contact. Phoned the number to be told I hadn't booked a room with them and then when I told the woman on thebphone that I had booked the room in June via Hotels.com her reply was rhat she didn't know what Hotels.com was and the only booking site they used was bookings.com . This left me out of pocket and then struggling to find another hotel nearby as we were attending a wedding. All in all if this was the only accommodation with rooms I would in future choose to stay at home.

Excellent accommodation would use again

Very clean quiet accommodation, very suitable for dogs as own entrance. Fridge added bonus. Nice Indian on the same site. Good value for money

Very disappointed with the communication. We had booked the hotel but we were left a voicemail that cancelled our reservation the morning we were due to arrive. Due to the lateness of the cancellation we were unable to book another accommodation resulting in us cancelling our trip. I do not recommend booking the Bay Horse Accomodation.

Sarah who booked me in was lovely and very friendly. Lovely big room and exceptionally clean. Walls are a little thin could hear occupants in the adjoining rooms quite clearly. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
