Welcome to one of our 2 private cottages available at Hameau de Pallanne, 10 minutes from Marciac in the south of the Gers department.

Adjoining our other 4-person cottage, it has all the privacy you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of the Gers countryside, with its own private entrance, private, sheltered Jacuzzi, and private, south-facing, but shaded terrace, with an extraordinary view over the valleys of the Gers and the Pyrenees in the background.

With an interior surface area of 90m2, on 2 levels, you will find on entering a lounge area with sofa and smart TV (possibility of castering your programmes and connecting to your own streaming accounts), opening onto the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. The bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor.

The terrace has sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue.

The cottage is open all year round, as is the sheltered jacuzzi overlooking the valleys. Heating of the jacuzzi during your stay is of course included.
