Beautiful villa, stunning views, great location

Villa Laska is in a fabulous location with stunning sea and coastal views. It's an idyllic place, surrounded by nature and completely secluded. A gorgeous place to relax and laze in the sun in absolute peace and privacy, but with plenty of action only 10 mins away whenever you want it. So it's perfectly suited to couples or families looking for a fantastic getaway, but who would also appreciate easy access to all the facilities, entertainment and night life available at the beach or in the city.

Accommodation: The villa has 3 floors and all the main rooms have the same beautiful sea views looking south east.

The ground floor is a spacious open plan air conditioned area with tiled floor and has a contemporary style kitchen plus dining and living areas which all look out over a large terrace through three French windows. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with stripped pine floors and built in wardrobes and a family bathroom and on the second floor there is a third double bedroom with balcony, also with stripped pine floor. All the bedrooms have double beds and two have ceiling fans and look out over the terrace to the beautiful sea view.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a private garden with vines, almond, peach, apricot and apple trees.

There’s a large paved terrace which runs the full length of the villa, plus a separate barbecue area

WiFi is available for free and it is fast and reliable

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: The villa is fully managed by an ex pat English couple who live a minutes walk away. They will prepare the villa for you, meet you on arrival, give you the keys and show you everything. A complimentary bottle of Bulgarian wine is provided to welcome you

AIRPORT TRANSFER is available on arrival which is free of charge if you are stay ing for 7 days or more. (Not applicable if you have booked using a special offer)

HOUSEKEEPING services are available during your stay. Please arrange with the housekeeper at any time. Additional charges apply.

Great place. The view is to die for. Extremely well furnished, all kitchen supplies made for a delightful stay. The only thing I would note is that, if you have difficultly with stairs, this is not a place for you. The house is on two floors, with rather steep stairs, living spaces and kitchen down, bedrooms up. We had a delightful time.

Beautifull villa in a rural area

The villa is very nice with spacious rooms and bathrooms, nice terrace and stunning view of the black see (no beach access though). The manager Suzi was very nice and responsive. The villa is close to Golden Sands, but you need a car for everything - beach, dining, shopping etc. There is no public transportation, it is even hard to get a taxi back to this place after 10PM. The villa is located in a rural area which brings up the benefit of being a quiet and private place where you do not worry about disturbing the neighbors, but at the same time we saw once a snake (non poisonous) in front of the front door and also there were ants in the kitchen. Another problem was the power outage that happened a couple times for long periods (up to 4 hours). Also, some of the kitchen appliances need upgrade - more specifically the coffeemaker and the dishwasher. Be aware that there are no built in TV channels, you need to check with the host if streaming is possible.

Spacious villa with all mod cons set in a beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Laska. The villa is clean, spacious and has all the appliances one would need for a comfortable stay. The view from the terraces is superb and the villa is positioned within 15 minutes drive from Balchik, Albena and the Golden Sands. Communication with the Owner was excellent and special thanks go to the manager Suzi who was friendly, welcoming and gave us excellent tips about local attractions slightly off the beaten track, which enhanced our experience. We will definitely be back.

Super schöne Villa, wir haben die Zeit genossen und wollten eigentlich nur auf die Terrasse verweilen und das super schöne Panorama genießen aber leider wollten die Kinder raus . Nick und Susi sind sehr hilf bereit und auch sehr nett. Es gibt alles in der Nähe von Action und Party am Goldstrand bis die wunderbare Ruhe in der Villa. Der Strand in Kranevo ist sehr zu empfehlen ist ruhiger und kostengünstiger als der Goldstrand vor allem Parken und die liegen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Beautiful sea view and calme

Très jolie maison avec une vue magnifique sur Golden Sands et La Mer Noire. Impeccablement équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Quelques toiles d'araignées par-ci par-là et les 3 chambres sont étouffantes de chaleur malgré les ventilos au plafond. Également beaucoup de moustiques. À part çà tout etait tres bien et l'accueil de Suzi était très sympa.

Das Haus hat Charme, jedoch etwas steile Treppen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar und die Ruhe auch. Zu Fuß kommt jedoch nicht weit, da nur eine Schnellstraße ohne Fußgängerweg in der Nähe ist. Mit Auto ist alles super

Relaxed vacation with a small group

We were a group of 5 people (22 years to 27 years) who spent nine days at Villa Laska. We were shown everything by a lady and she was also always available for questions. Everything was as we expected: the area was quiet, there was a super view and the villa also met everything. We had rented a car for the time and can also recommend this. The villa is a bit far from the nearest town Kranevo, for which a car is recommended for shopping.

Nice house with a fantastic view!

We had fantastic days in Villa Laska. The house was nicely renovated and has 3 very nice bathrooms. The BBQ and the big terraces mad it a fantastic stay. We definitely recommend this house to everybody making holidays on this area! Thanks a lot!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Auf der Suche nach einer Auszeit haben wir (vier Stundenten/zwei Pärchen) in der Villa Laska eine gemütliche Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, an dem Blick morgens beim Frühstück auf der Sonnenterasse konnten wir uns kaum satt sehen. (Einen Stern Abzug für die Lage gibt es nur wegen der Erreichbarkeit, ohne Mietwagen ist man hier verloren, außerdem den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die eher weit weg sind. Aber nur dadurch kann auch diese schöne Ruhe und Abgelegenheit entstehen.) Die Gegend ist ruhig und unten am Meer befindet sich ein kleines Fischerdorf, sowie ein Stück weiter ein langer Sandstrand. Mit dem Auto konnten wir auch Varna sehr gut erreichen und dort den bekannten Goldstrand nutzen. Die Haushüterin war sehr hilfsbereit und vorallem flexibel. Vor der Reise standen wir in gutem Kontakt mit dem Besitzer des Hauses. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt! Die Zimmer der Villa sind hell und gemütlich. Alles war sehr sauber und schlicht ordentlich. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! An dieser Stelle, Danke für diesen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschöner Ausblick von der Terrasse

Sehr schöne Lage, wenn man ein Auto hat, es war alles da, was man braucht, die Villa ist aber nicht 100% gepflegt, was mit geringen Aufwand in Ordnung gebracht werden kann. Leider sind die Möbel sehr alt und abgenutzt. Ansonsten netter Kontakt und Empfang 👍

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Vor allem die Aussicht ist unwahrscheinlich schön, beim Blick auf das weite Meer kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und einfach nur genießen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war prima: gefragt - und schon erledigt, einfach super. Vielen Dank an Suzie. Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.
