The building seemed dated and a bit run down. Each time we interacted with guest services there was some sort of hiccup whether it was with the staff or the hotel’s software. Overall staff seemed friendly and tried to be helpful, but we found the hotel to be noisy and it need of some TLC.

Spacious rooms with a comfy king size bed. That’s probably the nicest things I can say. For a resort that is open in summer having no aircon in the rooms is a big no no. Sure they’ve provided a mosquito net around the door so you can have the room cool down naturally but then you get to hear the joyous chorus of children screaming and intoxicated patrons from the bar on the ground floor for hours while you try to sleep. The bed also has this gigantic frame that sticks out about 30cm from the mattress so getting in and out can leave you with bruises. The resort could also do with a facelift. Carpet around the place was worn and the walls could do with a fresh coat of paint. No communal laundry for guests is also a let down unless you can afford a suite where a washing machine is provided. Food options in the resort are also rather limited Monday-Wednesday. Everything is shut on a Tuesday while one restaurant or bar is open on the Monday/Wednesday. There’s also only one very slow elevator in the building so I hope you like using the stairs!

Mini kitchen in the room well equiped and practical. Room is miniature and not even one chair to sit. Long drive up in mountain to get there. Nowhere close to buy food, milk or anything.

Amazing location!

Great location! Amazing views from the room. Multiple activities available on the resort. Good WiFi and cable connectivity. Disappointed with room services (had one visit in 9 days) and we had to pick up ourselves sheets, towels and coffee. Room was not clean at the end of our stay (floor and dust)

Loved being up on the mountain, views were amazing; but the rooms were in need of some upkeep, the linens were dirty (even when we asked for fresh ones), and the floors needed a good vacuum/scrub. There was a live bedbug in the sheets in our first room. We were grateful to be moved out of there to the other building where the room was much nicer, but still could have been improved with better cleaning and linens without stains.

This was a remote location and despite having much property they charged extra to secure your car. There wasn't a dining room that was open to a consistent time. This is far away from the main city. It's a modern appearance but they had a surprise $13 charge when you arrive and the vending machine was broken.

Our stay was fine. Not horrible but not good. It was a place to go to bed after the day. The staff was not helpful in the least, provided us with no information on what was available around us and in the hotel. The elevator broke and they didn’t offer any help to anyone checking in or out with their bags. Seemed generally uninterested in providing any level of service. No air conditioning and our window was taped shut. Probably won’t stay here again.
