A estadia foi ótima. Muito boa localização, atendimento excelente. O café da manhã é simples mas dá para o básico. Não utilizamos estacionamento.

Muito boa devido ao custo benefício, porém a pia do banheiro estava estragada e ficava pingando, a agua do choveiro caia torta e molhava o banheiro inteiro. De resto tudo otimo. O café da manhã era bem caseirinho, simples, porém gostoso, faz jus ao preço pago. As camas sãs boas, travesseiros bons, cobertas limpinhas e cheirosas.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, quartos e ambiente do café da manhã. Estacionamento só tem 8 vagas, e é cobrado durante o dia, resumindo o carro tem q ficar na rua, ficamos 2 dias graças a Deus n aconteceu nada, café da manhã relativamente bem fraco,( mas melhor q nd) pelo preço da diária n dar pra exigir mto. Banheiro tem um cheiro forte. Sobre a localização, gostei perto de muita coisa

Péssimo, toalhas e lençóis sujos, muito perigoso, é literalmente dentro da 44, falam que tem estacionamento mas quando chega lá a historia é outra, se quiser deixa na porta, tivemos que procurar outro hotel pra ficar porque não dava.

Fiz uma reserva antecipadamente, seja pelo aplicativo ou diretamente com o hotel, e acredito que a comunicação com o cliente precisa ser mais eficiente. Ao chegar, fui informado de que não havia quartos disponíveis, mesmo eu tendo uma reserva confirmada do dia anterior. Acabei sendo colocado em um quarto individual, sendo que minha reserva era para um quarto de casal. Tive que aguardar um bom tempo para resolver a situação e, se não insistisse, poderia ter ficado sem acomodação. Apesar desse transtorno, os quartos acomodam bem, estavam limpos e o café da manhã do hotel é muito bom. Sugiro que a recepção entre em contato previamente com os clientes que possuem reserva para confirmar a chegada e evitar esse tipo de situação. Uma melhor organização e comunicação fariam toda a diferença na experiência do hóspede.
