The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

Ótimo custo benefício! Quarto limpo, seguro, estacionamento no subsolo, sem taxa. Não estão servindo café da manhã nesse período de restrições devido a pandemia.

It’s the third time I stayed there. It seems after OYO took over the service quality decreased! Less options for breakfast, employees in the kitchen seems to work unhappy. An average stay! Not bad at all, but not as good as the previous ones!

Hospedagem péssima. Atendentes de mal humor pareciam estar fazendo um favor, alta rotatividade de pessoal. Eles não tem o mínimo controle de quem está hospedado, qualquer pessoa pode entrar e pedir a chave do quarto. Programaram uma modernização de elevador, dessa forma só tinhamos 1 disponível, o hotel estava muito cheio porque tinha um evento grande em Goiânia, um caos, especialmente na hora do café. O meu quarto a porta estava quebrada e não fechava. Após muita insistência alguém deu "um jeitinho" Frigobar vazio, todas às vezes que pedíamos alguma coisa o pagamento tinha que ser na hora e não colocavam para pagamento no check out. Camas e travesseiros péssimos, toalhas de banho de péssima qualidade que não cobria nada. Dificuldade em destinguir: toalha de rosto, banho e tapete de chão. Encontramos baratas no nosso quarto. Café da manhã sem muita variedade todos os dias o pão de queijo estava tostado e o pão parecia ser do dia anterior. Além de tudo sumiu R$80,00 da minhas coisas (estava num local bem guardado). NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE LUGAR.

Minha experiência foi péssima. Tudo deixou a desejar. Um elevador quebrado e o outro funcionando precariamente. Funcionários mal humorados e despreparados. Quarto sujo e sem serviço apropriado. Minha experiência com minha família foi horrível. Não recomendo. Importante destacar que todo uber que pegávamos os motoristas comentavam que estávamos hospedados no pior hotel de Goiânia.

Bom custo benefício

O Hotel é um bom custo benefício, bem localizado e limpo. A cama não é muito confortável e no período que estive lá só um elevador funcionava. O quarto não foi arrumado durante a estadia.
