Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Kommunikation mit fewo-direkt ist verbesserungsfähig. Die Kontakt-Buttons in den E-Mails waren nicht aktiv. Daher war es nicht ganz einfach, mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufzunehmen. Nachdem es dann gelungen war, den Vermieter zu erreichen, hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt. Er war kurzfristig zu erreichen, hilfsbereit und hat ausführlich Auskunft gegeben.

Alles war super! Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Nur leider von FeWo keine Zugangsdaten bekommen und unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war keiner Erreichbar!!! Durch Zufall vor Ort, konnten wir den Gastgeber kontaktieren, ansonsten wären wir nicht in die Wohnung gekommen.

Ich hatte die Eigentümer angeschrieben,ob evtl .eine Umbuchung auf November möglich ist. Ich hätte mich schon gefreut,wenn es eine Ermäßigung für November gegeben hätte,da ich aus der Frist für eine Stornierung heraus war. Aber ich habe noch nicht einmal eine Antwort erhalten. Das finde ich sehr schwach.
