1. The room wasn’t ready at check-in time which is 3pm and the front desk wasn’t apologetic at all. 2. The bed was not made right and sheet was on the floor. 3. Sheet set for pullout sofa was dirty. It has brown and bloody spot on it. 4. The door key stopped working after about 1 day and we went down to ask front desk. Once again, no apologies, just a simple statement: oh our keys are old, so this happen all the time. And she was not happy when I made an unhappy scoffing sound. 5. Morning breakfast is a just a joke. If you get there 30 minutes before 9am, then good luck getting anything to eat, they don’t refill anything after that. If you ask, they will just shrug their shoulders and say: yeah, no more. 6. Ice makers don’t work. Terrible experience and I would never live in this hotel and would advise anyone to stay away.

Yes, the breakfast includes fruit, juices, hot drinks, eggs, and sauces. Parking is secure and safety!!! Staff is very kind and nice, helpful and knowledgeable about places to visit in Glenwood Springs. We feel very satisfied and excellent service!!! Thank you!!!

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was lackluster. One small food area and literally 100 people, speaking numerous languages and just moving about like there was no order. The food itself was constantly running out and when it was replenished, the first people would gorge there plates to almost overflowing leaving only a small portion for the next person. I guess they felt the food was slow coming so without regard to others, they had to get it when it was there only to throw it away. It must have been difficult for the staff to keep up with such a frenzy.

Listen....im used to a very different comfort inn.. Gorgeous hotel. Friendly and funny staff. Breakfast room was stocked so well with a kosher yogurt option. (This surprised me being on the western slope) It should have 5 stars.

Shower looked like someone had poured their coffee in the tub and no one cleaned it. I noticed it in the am when I was getting ready to take a shower, so it was too late to change rooms. Check in was efficient and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast sausage was so salty it was un edible. Bananas and apples were brown.

The room smelled a bit musty but was clean. The shower was a problem. The shower head was on a track where it could be raised and lowered, but it wouldn't stay raised. There was no way to transfer the flow to the upper, stationary, shower head. Very uncomfortable.

Room was infested with dozens of small insects that could easily enter your ears or nose while you are asleep. I have informed Jazmine at the front desk about it and registered a complaint with Hotels.com. Because of this we decided to cut short po our stay in the hotel and left early

My biggest complaint was that there were no extra linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa bed. By the time we realized that we had already changed and didn't want to go to the front office to ask for these things. I just would have expected it to be in the room like other hotels. That was my biggest complaint but I do realize that I could have just asked for it despite being inconvenienced. Otherwise the place was nice and the staff was lovely. I would stay there again.
