Room very clean. Staff lovely, very obliging. Down side was the noise level. Walls are paper thin. Lots of contracters making a lot of noise right through the night.

Lovely, quiet hotel. We came on a loose end due to it being my uncle's funeral so we just booked what was most convenient. The room was already set up so my children had a comfy sofa bed, breakfast was great and there were plenty of options for my fussy children. Staff were lovely too we'll definitely return.

No elevators-goodluck with your luggage. Dated. Shower drain not draining. Cleaning product or air freshener right as you open the front door is extremely offensive.

Cant fault

Cant fault the hotel. For the price we paid it was excellent including the free hot breakfast. The only thing i would say is the carpet in the room could of done with a clean as next to the bed there was a big stain where it looks like someone had spilt a drink. But this didnt affect our stay

Bed- OK Breakfast-Avg WiFi - Awful. Dont plan to use Poorly renovated from an older building. Bathroom and plumbing were horrendous. Toilet would not flush. It was very old. Shower was broke, cheap fixtures. Way over priced. Have stayed at many hotels in Scotland and this was the worse one. Would not go back or recommend.

There was no air conditioning or fan, which was unfortunate as we were there during a heat wave. Everything else was great; clean beds, friendly staff, quiet, safe area.
