One queen bedroom, a double sleeper loveseat in the common area, a pair of singles in a small loft, and also a futon in the sunroom for fair-weather sleeping. Air conditioning, propane heat, wireless internet, small TV with Roku, and 2-room premium sound system with Bluetooth for your convenience, comfort, and entertainment. Updated kitchen with a large sink, dishwasher, toaster oven, small microwave, air fryer, and cookware. Back porch has a large propane grill with a side-burner. THREE AuSable River boat launch sites just down the road (and 3 more within 12 miles) to give you access to incredibly clear waters offering excellent Smallmouth, Pike, and Perch fishing. 2 golf courses within a 12-minute drive, and 3 more within 1/2 hour’s drive. The DNR trail system is accessible from the end of our street with no trailering required. National Forest land across the road for exploring. Plenty of yard parking for your boat or ATV’s.
