The room was nice, my only complaint was the bed, felt like i was laying on cardboard. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Overall I'd give my stay a 4/5

Check in lady was more interested in telling me about people with kids always leaving a mess and giving me a lecture on people with pets. We’re in our 70s and don’t hav pets. They put 100.00 on our credit card,and I had to call them 6 days later to reverse the charge.

Disappointed, not a 3.5 star worthy hotel.

Upon checking in, the lobby was fine and the clerk was friendly. One of the two keys I was given didn't work. Not a huge deal as I was staying alone. After stepping into the room, I saw a large stain on the carpet near the window. They obviously tried to clean it, but with a stain that large and distracting, you simply need to replace the carpet. There was a used plastic cup that the cleaning crew missed between the nightstand and the bed, as well as a used dryer sheet ok the floor. Not very reassuring of their attention to detail. The chair and mini ottoman were extremely old and worn out. They seemed like something you would find at a goodwill rejection pile. The shampoo/conditioner dispenser was almost empty, as was the toilet paper roll. There was one extra roll of toilet paper which needed to be opened almost immediately. The door knob and water fixtures look metal but felt insanely cheap and plastic, as if you could break them with very little effort. The free breakfast was fine, and the lady working in the area was very friendly. I did not have the time to try the pool or hot tub so I can't comment on those. Overall, outside of the employees I interacted with, I was extremely disappointed with this hotel and will not stay there again.

Fairly good stay. Public areas were clean. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Bedroom area cleanliness was lagging but mostly behind beds and furniture, old bag of ice left in freezer. Pool area area floor was in rough shape. Milk for breakfast was expired by 4 days and curdled at the bottom.

Nice & clean

So glad this hotel has new ownership from the Choice Hotel that it once was. The pool had just been repaired before we arrived so unusable, but the hot tub was great, bed a little firm but good, breakfast items were terrific. Will be staying there again.

This was the first time I had a good nights sleep in a hotel. The bed was soft and comfortable. The room was spacious. We could hear people going up the stairs but wasn't loud enough to bother.
