The room was spotless and very comfortable, if a bit cold. Cannot regulate room temperature yourself, have to call reception to do this! Otherwise, most enjoyable stay in lovely room with fabulous city views.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. From the rooms to the hallways to the rooms. The bar is also lovely and comfortable for an end of nightcap. Very comfy and peaceful. I would highly recommend the Clayton on Clyde.

Usually have nothing but positive thing to say about this hotel but paid £263 for 1 night to recover from major surgery, firstly was allocated a disabled room which was not nice and shower really bad and water not hot enough but to be kept up by a party going on with knocking on the door people chatting outside door and doors slamming shut behind over 35 times up until 07.50 was unacceptable . Complained to reception and got a simple sorry but nothing done . Really let down

If you're looking for a central location in Glasgow The Clayton is the hotel for you. You are in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. Our room was exactly as shown on the site. Great value. Highly recommend.
