Good overall hotel, location is ideal if you want to be central. Bar area has a nice, relaxed vibe. Didn't eat in restaurant so can't comment on that. Good little gym which is a great feature. Room wise is what let's it down for me. I liked the laminate flooring instead of carpet, feels cleaner. We had a table in the room which was badly tarnished which made it look dirty. Bathroom was where I had the most complaints, toilet roll holder loose on the wall, stain in toilet bowl and shower was very slow draining, would have easily flooded if you didn't watch. Overall a good stay but I couldn't overlook some of the room issues unfortunately.

Room was noisy (constant sound like an extractor fan without power or light to bathroom)which I let the reception desk know. I slept using ear plugs. Main issue was the misselling of the room & I’m really angry about this….i paid extra for a city view & looked out onto the back of the hotel & over the restaurant….an internal view not a city view. When I queried this at reception I was told that I Should have booked a street view not a city view……really!!!! I was told it was hotels.com who have listed the room incorrectly. I don’t really care I spent £192 for what I thought was a decent hotel. I’m really annoyed. It’s not worth the cost of the room. I travel a lot & use a lot of hotels…,.never really encountered this really poor response. I’d welcome a call from the hotel or hotels.com & some form of refund on the room

I've stayed here a number of times, this is always my go to hotel as it's conveniently located in the centre, near the train station and 30mins from the airport. The hotel is modern, clean and good sized rooms. With plenty to offer at breakfast and at the Bar

Everything about the hotel was great- the room was stylish, clean, comfortable. The lobby bar was congenial and the staff were great. Breakfast was very good and well worth the cost. We would definitely stay again.

Close to the train station, restaurants and shopping! Comfortable beds! The shower was nice! But..,,,the breakfast was terrible! I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast and would chose the local coffee shops instead
