sadly not as expected
The exterior of the property is run down and the garden has not been looked after covered in weed's some left over rubble at the end of the garden, all the lights were pulled out and dumped in a heap, there was no BBQ grill in the garden either although listed as having one. The onsite parking is only if your lucky enough to park before local residents come home, you are not guaranteed a parking space, it was very difficult to find parking in the nearby roads.
The net curtains were torn and there was paint all over the carpets the walls were clean no shelves, the window's were dirty, also one of the bedrooms was off another bedroom. Accommodation is supposedly for 6 people, however the table only had space for 4 people around the table no spare chairs. Seating for two in the front room, a pile of wires sat in the corner in the front room and the door was almost hanging off its hinge. The kitchen was clean and fairly well equip the drainer for the dish's was covered in scale, the fridge freezer was placed on top of a broken ledge, the freezer compartment was full of food. The bath room may have been the best room in the house, the towels were really small. Bedrooms were basic only one bedside table for a double bed, no wardrobe's or dresser, no mirror absolutely nothing! the bedside light didn't work.
The area its self is a very rundown place, lots of broken glass and rubbish bags outside of house's, obviously the is no fault of the owner.
