The staff worked so hard to make our staff relaxed and amazing! The free breakfast was delicious and nourishing and the resort is right on the beach not too far from the boat harbour. Absolutely stunning!! I am so greatful and will be back again!! I highly recommend

The hotel is directly on a beautiful beach with snorkeling just a 1 minute walk down the beach toward the dock area. We saw many turtles and a bit to the right of the turtles and further out is a reef with live coral and amazingly colourful fish. The staff is AMAZING. From the time we checked in to when we left, they went out of their way to assist us. Two in particular were so impressive, Dwan and Ecko. The rooms are basic but clean. Everything we needed was there. The food and beverages were tasty and a good size portion. We especially enjoyed our evening dinners on the beach. The BBQ food was delicious. Highly recommend if you want to get away to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Great hotel in front of the best bit of beach

Lovely hotel set on the beach with probably the best snorkelling in Gili Meno. The staff are great and make an effort to know your name - lovely! I had an upgrade to a villa which was spacious and very comfortable. Very nice ambience.

The stay was great for what it is, however the food is average. The beach is great but bring water shoes for the coral. The snorkling is amazing and well worth the price of a private snorkling tour with the locals!

Excellent hotel on this little island. Quiet location which was ideal for us. The staff are amazing wanting to do all they can to make sure your stay is perfect. The food is great we ate at the hotel every night and had fabulous food. We stayed in a garden view bungalow which was very close to the main building and beach, literally steps away. Great location to visit the turtle sanctuary and if you like to snorkel you can hire masks at the hotel and see them in the sea.

Right on the beach front, good size clean pool although some tiles missing. Good size villa but does not have a kettle and storage space for clothes is very limited. The roads on Gili Meno are dirt tack so use a large rucksack or the house taxi's. Staff are helpful and provided a good service. The food was excellent and not to badly priced. You can hire snorkeling kit and other bits at an extra cost.

Great Beach spot on a beautiful quiet island

Great spot with great staff. From Dwan, Wan, Ecko, Dani, and all the other guys and girls that work there that I don't know their names. They all make it feel like family. The grounds are kept really nice. The food is great. Gili Meno in general is awesome. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful spot with snorkeling right at the beach. Wonderful and helpful staff always with a smile and so welcoming. A secluded portion of the beach and adult only. Very peaceful, quite a wonderful restaurant and breakfast included. Food and restaurant staff also so friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

This was an unbelievable stay. We walked around all of Gili Meno and Gili T and this had the best beach access and beach view by far. The infinity pool overlooking the beach can’t be beat! The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Despite some elements feeling a little weathered, everything was incredible clean with a beautiful aesthetic.

Perfect spot on Gili Meno

Fantastic location right on a beautiful beach were you can snorkel. Room was very comfortable (sea view bungalow) with a good sized bathroom and loads of storage space. The pool was a really good size with sunbeds around it. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and attentive the whole time we were there. The food was also top notch with a good mix of traditional and western dishes. Only slight negative was the flaky WiFi. We were very pleased with our choice and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would happily have stayed longer.

Absolutely fantastic location...only 10 minute walk from boat dock. Excellent location for snorkelling right in front of resort, clear water, lots of turtles, coral and fish, white sand beach. Awesome views from the top story lounge area...great place to quietly chill out. The resort plays a nice selection of chilled music. Breakfast buffet was only average, some of the restaurant food was excellent though. In its day this would have been the premier spot, but now overall the resort is somewhat tired and rundown. The worst thing was the sewerage smell in certain areas. I would recommend... mainly for the location.

Surpassed my expectations

This little resort was awesome! The staff were all amazing, best hospitality service we received on our whole 3 week trip. The staff called us by name and made us really feel at home. Only complaint was the smell walking from the villas to the main reception area smalls like sewage and they burn garbage all over the island so the smells were getting to me a bit

This was our 4th stay however unsure if we would return. An error was made by the resort re some booking arrangements and transport, which they denied, however i had emails which proved otherwise. On forwarding these received no response or acknowledgment. Sheets were dirty and had holes in them, we requested they be changed. On our return they replaced king sheet with 2 singles for the rest of our stay? Tried to book a massage by ph, told i had to go to reception, then given incorrect info at time of massage and the massage was cut short by 10mins. The breakfast was terrible and always cold, but the fruit selection was ok. Other than reception staff the others were lovely. Overall, the stay was weird, the resort disorganised with noticable cost cutting. One positive is they gave us a free boat transfer when we left, however still never took responsibility for the arrival transfer mess up. We spent 1 month in Bali in various locations with no issues except here. Such a shame as such a beautiful location and so much potential. I hope they lift their game.
