You arrive in Gunstock Acres as the trees thin and the air feels cooler, fresher. The house sits quietly here—welcoming, spacious, and ready for time together. From the driveway, you catch a soft peek of Lake Winnipesaukee through the trees, a reminder that water and mountains are both close at hand.

Mornings unfold easily. Coffee brews while sunlight fills the kitchen, plans forming naturally around the table. Some days start with an early run up the mountain, others with a slower pace—breakfast on the deck, a stretch in the yard, or a game before heading out.
