Sitting a half mile from a private dock, boat ramp, and picnic area on Kentucky Lake makes this a jewel to treasure. This cottage welcomes lake lovers, families, hunters, fishermen, businesspersons, and anyone wanting to get away to the great outdoors. Also, no cleaning fee!

We where in town to fish a tournament, room for three boats to be put under roof I thought it was a great location, from the ramp down the road was a five minute run to the KY lake dam marina very quiet place to stay

Amazing!!!

First let me say I stay in several VRBO’s on fishing trips all over and this by far is the most cozy, convenient, and best place I’ve ever stayed. From the 2 awnings to protect our boats to the spacing of the “cottages” and the porch. Don’t hesitate to rent this place! I hope if we make states again next year we are fortunate to book again!!!

Very nice place. Great location

Really like the layout. The rooms are small but the big porch. With fans and tv made great gathering spot for us all. We had a little trouble with the lock when we first arrived but we were able to contact the owners easily and quickly and they were very helpful and got the issue resolved quickly.
