Drapes don't close all the way so the bring lights from the outdoor bar area shine right in at night. Very distracting. Turn off the lights!! Nowhere in the room could we find an ice bucket. Let the front desk know. Nothing done about it. A loud banging coming from behind our room sounding like a washer/dryer being run at all hours…. We’re hilton honors members but charging us $3 for a 15cent bottle of water?? C’mon. I guess we’re not staying at Hilton in the future. Return members shouldn’t be treated this way. Too many other places to stay that would welcome us. I’m sure.

Room was acceptably clean. A lot of dog barking and door slamming on our floor. We needed coffee pods and the evening front desk told us they only had 2 decaf we had to alert housekeeping. The next morning, we asked the front desk to alert housekeeping. She went into the same back room and gave us a supply including creamers and fresh cups. Go figure! Indoor pool water was VERY chilly. Dont advertisan i door pool if you can't swim in it.
