All residents may park their cars in a large underground car park situated beneath part of the village itself. A weekly maid service including change of linen and towels is offered free of charge.
Apartments have coin operated air conditioning units in bedrooms for both cold air and heat. The air conditioning units are operated using Eur1 and Eur2 coins.
