Introducing Carmelone, a beautifully appointment holiday retreat in picturesque Gerroa on the South Coast of NSW. This stunning property comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it the perfect getaway destination for large families, friends, or extended families.
Carmelone offers five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, one bathroom as upstairs ensuite, two downstairs, all with toilet, basin, showers, and bath in main bathroom downstairs, one bathroom downstairs adjacent to the rumpus room with shower, toilet, and basin all with plenty of essential amenities. Two of the bedrooms (the main upstairs and main lower) offer breathtaking water views of Seven Mile Beach, a bonus feature. The main bedroom has ensuite, remote control blinds, a balcony and provides an extra touch of privacy amidst a group stay.
All bedrooms either have water views or vistas to the beach and ocean or views to the new architect design landscaped garden with hundreds of species of trees, garden beds portioned with seating and firepit.
The property has ducted air-conditioning in the back section of the property whilst being able to have individual room on/off control. A slow combustion fireplace in the front area of the property for those cold winter nights is a bonus. The front section of Carmelone consists of kitchen, large dining table/chairs, and lounge areas. The front balcony presents spectacular views of Seven Mile Beach and Coolangatta Mountain, making it a great backdrop for your al fresco dining experience.
After a busy and fun-filled day at the beach, you can return to Carmelone for a lazy afternoon or if the kids still need to be entertained, they can have a game of table tennis whilst you simply unwind in front of the television with a beverage.
Should you need to wash/dry clothing whilst staying there is a laundry downstairs providing our guests with washing machine and dryer.
Should you need to do some work while the family are relaxing, Carmelone offers a study area with internet facilities where you can sit and complete what is necessary and then get back to those family activities or just relax by watching the view.
Carmelone caters for everyone, the property has two separate areas with all the bedrooms at the back part of the house. If you want a relaxing getaway with awe-inspiring natural scenery, this is the property for you. Or if you are more of an adventurous type, water enthusiasts, we still have you covered. Seven Mile Beach is only 550m to the footbridge or 100m to Little Beach where you can swim, surf, fish or just soak up the sun. Take a morning walk to The Blue Swimmer café which is only 600m away and grab a coffee or give yourself the night off cooking and have a relaxed dining experience under the stars.
