We propose you to rent, on the commune of Gérardmer, this charming house in granite and full brick at 400 meters from the lake, with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 200 m² and which can welcome up to 12 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of about 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 552 m². Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A central tiled hall of 15 m² (tiles from the 1900s).
- A 40 m² living room, oak parquet floor with TV, sofa, decorative fireplace and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen (Poggenpohl) with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Separate WC with washbasin.
- An oak staircase with superb beech spindle banister and stained glass windows on the first landing.
First floor :
- Bedroom 1 (13 m²): glazed pine parquet flooring with a king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 (18 m²): queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3 (17 m²): a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with Kinedo shower, double washbasin, towel dryer...
- Separate toilet.
Second floor :
- Bedroom 4 (19 m²): a double bed (140×200) and a washbasin. Small view on the lake.
- Room 5 (17 m²): four single beds and a washbasin.
- A shower room.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A 552 m² enclosed garden with trees, facing north with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, barbecue, plancha, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing is offered to you on the ski area of La Mauselaine! Enjoy a unique experience by skiing at night on sound tracks, go snowboarding or sledging for young and old! In December, go to the magnificent Christmas market, followed by the Saint-Nicolas parade and in January, we await you for the fantastic film festival!
Various activities: swimming pool, bowling, ice rink, pedal boat, playground, carousel, ride around the lake, possibility to take the free shuttle to the ski slopes of Gerardmer, Museum, shops, restaurants... about 500 meters from the house.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly under the lean-to which can accommodate a vehicle, a motorbike, bicycles or on the car park within the property which can accommodate 6 vehicles...

As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont train station located about 25 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport located at about 1h30 by car.
